01

Overview

Exchanges and trading apps are the biggest part of my partner wall: CoinEx, Bybit, Crypto.com, WEEX, WhiteBIT, Ubit, the AI trading app Walbi and trading apps like Trenches, FOMO and Blum.

I work with them as a trader first. I have been in the markets since 2011, so I talk about products I actually understand.

The challenge

Exchanges need active traders and real, organic volume, not bots and not a one-day spike. Users have also been burned by collapses like Mt. Gox and FTX, so trust has to be earned before anyone deposits.

What I did

  1. 01

Campaign formats built for exchanges: trading competitions, listing announcements and referral pushes that show up in the volume chart.

  2. 02

Built education-first campaigns: videos, posts, Telegram community pushes and X Spaces, in Hindi and English.

  3. 03

Where a partner needs new users, first-time-depositor and sign-up pushes, tracked end to end.

  4. 04

Kept every paid promotion disclosed, and never promised pumps, listings or returns.

Outcome

More than $1B in trading volume driven across partner exchange campaigns combined (reported from partner campaign records).

  • 02

Part of 100+ brand collaborations across exchanges, protocols and Web3 apps.
